What We Collect
When you fill out the operations audit form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone number, if you choose to give us one
- Your email address
- Whatever you write in the message field
- Whether you ticked the box consenting to text messages
- The figures from our ROI calculator, if you came to the form from it
We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or anything beyond what you type into that form.
The ROI Calculator
The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere while you use it, and we do not see it.
If you then click through to the audit form from that page, the numbers you entered are carried over and written into the message box, where you can read them, edit them, or delete them like any other text. Whatever is in that box when you press send is what reaches us — delete it and nothing from the calculator is sent.
The figures are held in your browser's session storage to make that one hop, and are cleared as soon as the form reads them. Closing the tab clears them too.
Text Messages
The audit form has an optional checkbox consenting to text messages. If you tick it, we may send SMS messages to the number you gave us, about scheduling and running your operations audit.
A few things we want to be explicit about:
- It is optional. Consent to texts is not a condition of the audit or of anything else. The phone number is optional too — leave that field blank, leave the box unticked, and we will use email instead. The two go together: the form asks for the box to be ticked if you give us a number, and asks for a number if you tick the box, so we never hold one without the other.
- Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
- We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not use it for mass marketing campaigns.
How We Use It
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and explore whether we can help your business. That's it. We don't add you to marketing lists without your permission, and we don't share your information with third parties for advertising.
Third Parties We Work With
Running this site requires a small number of trusted third-party tools. Here's what touches your data:
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website. May log IP addresses for security purposes. Privacy policy →
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Privacy policy →
None of these parties are authorized to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
Our site may use lightweight analytics to understand how visitors find and navigate the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics are active, they track page views and general traffic patterns — not individual identities.
Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. This is a functional cookie and does not track you across other sites.
Data Retention
We keep your contact form submission for as long as it takes to respond and determine whether there's a fit. If we don't move forward, we don't hold onto your information indefinitely.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Request that we delete it
- Opt out of any future communication
